The inside cover has many advertisements. The Albert Hotel still stands in Downtown Sioux Falls, though it may not be as modern as one would like. The Curtis Hotel in Minneapolis lasted until 1984 and was, by all accounts a nice place to stay. A shiny nickel to anyone who can reveal what store was advertising the 1937 G.E. radio at 214 W. 10th! It appears we once had Checker Cabs in Sioux Falls, and also in 1936 we only needed three-digit phone numbers.
